3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Your Files & Outputs: You retain 100% full legal ownership and copyright over all images, photographs, and PDF documents you process using PixelForge. Because processing occurs entirely in your browser, we claim no ownership, license, or distribution rights over your creations.

All software tools, converters, and utilities on PixelForge are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test our client-side processing algorithms across modern web browsers, we do not warrant that output files will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for mission-critical print or archiving pipelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, PixelForge, its creators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our tools. 6. Platform Modifications & Uptime

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any specific tool, compression preset, or interface feature at any time without prior notification. We make no guarantees of continuous site availability or uptime.
